Indian Air Force (IAF) will release AFCAT 2 application form 2024 on June 1, 2024. The application form will be released to select candidates for the courses beginning at Air Force Academy in July 2025. Eligibility Criteria for AFCAT 2024

• Nationality : As per the Indian Citizenship Act of 1955, the applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Age criteria :-
  • Flying Branch : Candidates must be between 20 to 24 years old (born between 02/01/2001 to 01/01/2005).
  • Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) : Candidates must fall within the age range of 20 to 26 years (born between 02/01/1999 to 01/01/2005)
• Educational Qualification :-
  • Ground Duty (Technical – Aeronautical engineering (Electronics)) : Aspiring candidates need to secure a minimum of 60% marks in physics and mathematics at the 10+2 level and hold a degree in graduation/post-graduate in the field of engineering and technology from a recognized university.
  • Flying Branch & Ground Duty (Non-technical) : Candidates must have achieved a minimum of 50% marks in physics and mathematics at the 10+2 level, along with a three-year graduation degree OR a BE/BTech degree with a minimum of 60% from a recognized University.

Application Fees for AFCAT Exam 2024

Candidates has to pay a minimum Application Fees for AFCAT II Exam 2024 for the application at the time of filling out the form. Students should quickly verify the official announcement information so that they can find out the most recent updated application fee.

The question paper will contain 100 questions. The total time for the paper will be for two hours.
